As an organisation we are passionate about making the technologies of tomorrow a reality today. If you share that passion and a focus on sustainability, this is an exciting and inspirational programme.
You’ll work around the business, taking part in different placements, all focused on how products in our industry will be powered in future and look at solutions including hydrogen and electricity.
The world is changing and as an organisation we are leading our industry into the future. The way our vehicles are manufactured and powered is not sustainable and it’s up to the innovators and engineers of the future to develop what comes next. Our graduate scheme is designed to attract the best engineers of the future. You’ll receive a salary as you learn and you’ll be mentored throughout by an experienced member of our team who will make sure you get everything possible out of the scheme and help you work towards professional registration with either iMechE or IET. You can also get involved in community-based activities and become a STEM ambassador as part of the scheme.
We’re looking for someone who has completed, or is close to completing, an appropriate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and is on track to achieve at least a 2:1. We want someone who shares our passion for sustainability and innovation which will keep us at the cutting edge of our industry as we move forward. Alongside this you’ll be a hands-on problem-solver who is not afraid to question why something is done a certain way and if it could be improved. It’s important that you are dedicated, willing to learn, tenacious, with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency. The scheme is based in Staffordshire so you will need to relocate if you’re not local - it will be worth it for the career development you receive!
