We’re looking for someone who has completed, or is close to completing, an appropriate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and is on track to achieve at least a 2:1. We want someone who shares our passion for sustainability and innovation which will keep us at the cutting edge of our industry as we move forward. Alongside this you’ll be a hands-on problem-solver who is not afraid to question why something is done a certain way and if it could be improved. It’s important that you are dedicated, willing to learn, tenacious, with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency. The scheme is based in Staffordshire so you will need to relocate if you’re not local - it will be worth it for the career development you receive!
