Calling all independent thinkers! Our Manufacturing Engineering Graduate scheme is an 18-month programme where you’ll spend your time working your way around four different areas of the business so you can see how Manufacturing works across different sites.
You’ll put your analytical, problem solving and engineering skills to the test in our forward-thinking, forward-looking business, helping us on our journey to constantly improve our factories, facilities and processes. Take ownership as you work on some of our biggest and most innovative projects.

You’ll receive a salary as you learn, and you’ll be mentored throughout by an experienced member of our team who will help you work towards professional registration with either iMechE or IET.
We’re looking for someone who has completed, or is close to completing, an appropriate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and is on track to achieve at least a 2:1. It’s important that you are dedicated, willing to learn, tenacious, with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency. You’ll be a hands-on problem-solver who is able to use JCB processes, systems and standards to support decision making. The scheme is based in Staffordshire so you will need to relocate if you’re not local - it will be worth it for the career development you receive!
