VIRTUAL WORK EXPERIENCE

Explore JCB through our virtual work experience programme, created in partnership with Springpod – a leading platform for career learning and development. Designed to give you a real taste of life at JCB, this free, immersive experience takes just 3-5 hours to complete. Along the way, you’ll gain exclusive insights into our business, connect with mentors from across JCB, and discover the exciting opportunities we have to offer.

OPEN VIRTUAL WORK EXPERIENCE

ON-SITE WORK EXPERIENCE

We offer a range of work experience placements for 14–18-year-olds where you’ll experience the cutting-edge projects we’re working on that make a lasting impact, meet people across our business, and explore the scope of our career opportunities. Our placements usually last for a week and cover lots of different areas including engineering and business administration.
